Runs Quiet! Great Layout!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The racks are oriented so they face the person standing at the sink which makes loading dishes easier than our old DW. It cleans well, runs very quiet and we love it!

Not very solid and doesn't rinse well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it for the looks, thought it would be very nice considering the price. One corner of the frame bent, I can't see how sliding it on a carpet bent it, but it seems ok. I added 2 bolts in predrilled holes that were already there. The plastic inside tub isn't as solid as the 20 year old unit it replaced. I've only used it a few times, but the dishes feel slippery after, like the soap didn't rinse off well. I'm not very impressed by it so far.
