Be very careful

The top edge of the door trim is so sharp, my wife sustained a deep cut on her finger when she opened the door. We checked other washers of same model, and they had they a

It stinks bad, requires cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 5 months ago and still unhappy with it. It alwyas has a bad smells. I called the help line and they showed me how to wash out the bottom filter where food is tuck and to rinse out the glass catcher. Its just a pain. It leaves your dishes super wet. The buttons on top are not user friendly. The top shelf doesn't hold your cups in place. Its too much money for what you get. Its so hard to return these to the appliance store too.

Outer material is easy to clean/sanitizes the dishes very well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this in use for about a month now. It cleans the dishes very well and literally sanitizes them. One thing I have noticed that for every after the washing is done, i still notice the mists on the inner surfaces of the dishwasher even when the air dry was turned on during the process. I'm not sure if this is a defect. The discharge setting on rinse aid was even set the highest level and the recommended brand for rinse aid was also used.

Gets dishes clean, but stays wet and stinky inside

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even after doing all the suggestions in the owners manual to help, there’s still a lot of water left inside the dishwasher after a cycle. Even the inside of the door is still covered in water. I have to open it up after it runs and let it sit overnight in order to have dry dishes in the morning and to prevent the inside from smelling sour. This is the first one worst dishwasher I’ve ever owned.

Poor quality and design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to get this instead of a Whirlpool do to the Whirlpool being out of stock for our new house. This dishwasher has the worst rack and utensil holder that I have ever seen. The racks are not very deep so all of your dishes want to fall over .The door feels very cheap as well when opening and closing. I have had Whirlpool and Samsung before and this is my first for a Fridgedaire dishwasher and it will be my last. If I could take it back for another dishwasher I would.

not a great machine

purchased one year and three weeks ,nothing but trouble. My last dishwasher went 19 yr. trouble free. NOT Frigidaire.....................
