hard to operate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is hard to use and in my opinion doesn't work well. I have MS and the "touch" keep pads are very difficult to operate. I have to reset it at least 4 times to even get it to start. Had my water heater turned up to 140 and the dishes still are always clean (and I only used cascade platinum or finish quantum). Dishes are rarely dry even with sanitize option on and using jet dry with the dispenser knob turned up all the way. If I forget to put in a dish and need to open the door I have to restart everything (it loses all the options previously chosen. Again it takes 3 or 4 times to get it going. The dishwasher was purchased by the previous owner of my "new" house as part of the closing deal, so I couldn't exchange it or return it. With my MS disability I would have chosen a different model. Frigidaire is a good product, but this one not so much.

Pretty, functional, could dry better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this dishwasher for several months now and have learned its quirks. If I could change two things: I would improve the light that shows it is washing/drying or done. The only light it has is hidden once the door is closed. Frustrating! The other thing I would improve is its drying abilities. The machine this one replaced always dried completely, so the walls were dry too. This one needs its door cracked at the end of drying and that steams my countertop...not cool. We are happy with the cleaning ability. In fact, the water pressue makes it impossible to wash light plastics and straws...they all move around in the wash cycle.

Quiet and cool features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a house and the seller installed this, so I did not pick it out but I am happy so far with it. I like the option to just wash the top rack, but I haven't tried that feature yet. My first wash came out spotless, but the load I ran after than had some streaks - I have been using the rinse aid so I was disappointed with the 2nd load hence the 4 stars. Super quite compared to my last dishwasher, which was really old!

Quiet running dishwasher

The only thing we aren’t happy about is how frustrating the top rack is to pull out and push back in. It does not move freely at all. Not sure if it’s a deterrent to keep from slamming or an issue.
