Broke after a few months

This unit came with the house I built. At first it did a great job, but a few months later, the door would no longer shut. I have contacted Frigidaire to fix it, and no one has contacted me back. Has now been broken for over a month. VERY unhappy...

Looks great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good, the machine does the job. I noticed it does make an oddly loud clicking noise when it changes cycles. I’m hoping that the clicking noise is normal and not a sign of a malfunction. The top rack can be difficult to close it seems to get stuck as the rungs that hold the rack up slide in. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase. I’m only 2 weeks in to having up and working.

Does not dry dishes

Brand new. Terrible job drying dishes. Dishes are clean but still wet even after sitting for several hours. Terrible.
