Cleans well, but we've had reliability issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, this machine does clean very well. No pre-washing needed.
However, we've only had it a little while and had issues starting it. 'Can't select a cleaning mode, can't do anything. Often the only status lights are wash/clean/sanitized and they flash. Have tried unplugging it overnight, all the manuals' troubleshooting, and tips found online. It simply starts working again for no clear reason. Even if only a single digit, some error code system would help us diagnose it.
Drying is a bit of an issue as well.
I'd add that this dishwasher, came new with the house.

Excellent, love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for amout a month now, and I'm very happy with it. You can almost not even tell it's running, it is so very quiet!. It is reasonably priced, and simple to operate. I love the black stainless as well. Very sleek finish.

Spotless and quiet
