It came broken

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The latch, to close the dishwasher, didn't function properly. It only worked a few times before no longer working. I called frigidaire to fix the problem and they told me set up an appointment to have it fixed. Nobody came, nobody called, it is still broken.

Never worked

Somewhat disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The top shelf is a bit too high in the tub and can’t put taller plastic glasses on that rack. It also doesn’t dry very well.

Gets dishes clean! But some are still wet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher was installed in our new home when we purchased it. My experience with this dishwasher has been great, the washer gets dishers very clean while remaining pretty quiet for most of the wash. The only reason why I cannot give it 5 stars, is that the dryer doesn't last long enough to get the dishes dry. Glass items on the bottom rack get dry, but nothing on the top rack or plastic items come out dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I love the new dishwasher. It looks really nice with the black stainless. The only complaint we have seems to be the same as the other reviews, it doesn't dry the dishes very well. This is why I didn't give it 5 stars.

TERRIBLE! Arrived dead, waiting months for fix

Quality and service are the WORST! My dishwasher arrived dead - the lights blink but it won't turn on. Rather than replace it, Frigidaire insisted on fixing it under warranty. Took me several days to finally reach them - I waited on hold for hours multiple times. (TIP: Call their parent Electrolux in North Carolina). They scheduled a third-party repair company for a week later, but that next week the company said they couldn't come for another 3 weeks. So they came 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting on parts, with no idea when they'll arrive. Unreal. DO NOT BUY FRIGIDAIRE!
