Very Loud!

Very good with a few minor issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the unit seems to work very well and does everything that we expect that it should. We've had only two minor issues. 1. the installation manual seemed to show a threaded 3/8 inch connection for the hot water line. It is in fact a washing machine thread. 2. the bottom edge of the control panel under the handle is sharp. I cut my knuckle opening the machine with a overhand motion. Again these are only issues.

Dishes do not dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After finally getting the dishwasher replaced and able to use it did not fully dry the dishes. I even used the recommended dishwasher liquid that the repairman said and the dishes still are soaking wet.

Some helpful tips that can alleviate most drying matters, is to ensure that the incoming water is 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
Ensuring that the incoming water is correct, using the correct cycle setting, along with using rinse aid, and loading the dishes properly can assist with the dishes drying properly.
Keep in mind some plastics may need to be towel dried, being that plastics do not get as hot as metal or glass, so more water collects.
