Service call already

Purchased in mid July and already doesn’t function properly. Holds water in bottom, doesn’t dry the dishes, and now no power at all to get the water out. Have been waiting two wks for service tech and will finally come next week. Very disappointed but under warranty should hopefully we will get good service and I can post a better review.

Quiet, cleans well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleased with the look of this dishwasher, the quiet wash, the quality of getting dishes clean and spot free. However, I'm not totally satisfied with the racks and the door. The racks are a bit bumpy going back and forth. And opening the door is not as smooth as it was in the floor sample. I'm going to check with my plumber to see if it might just be a matter of some adjustments.
