looks great

i bought this dishwasher supposedly new ALMOST a month ago, then waited 3 weeks for it to ship from dealers warehouse.I had it installed correctly. it did one full cycle. now it just sits on the floor lights up but does not wash. ive been trying to call support to have a repair visit for a week now. i dont usually gripe but the repair line is a joke I feel like returning this and getting my money back.

Disappointing purchase

Quiet and looks nice but...

Cleans well but does NOT dry the dishes. Wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. I hate this dishwasher. Why on earth would you have a heating element and not utilize it for drying the dishes? Seriously?!?! Cheaply made so I just hope it lasts a while. Guess you get what you pay for. Very disappointed and will start looking at other brands.

Ensure that the rinse aid dispenser is full, and also use the heated dry option for your dishwasher to enhance the drying performance. Plastic items will not dry thoroughly, and will need to be towel dried off after the cycle has completed.
