Looks great but leaves dishes wet and smells

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this several months ago but received it about a month ago. At face value this appliance looks great and as far as washing the dishes goes it does a fantastic job BUT when I open this thing after it runs its complete cycle (wether it’s immediately after or the next day) it is like a rainforest in that thing and it smells horrible. It’s not a “new” smell it’s a “stagnant swamp in Florida” smell. I wish we wouldn’t have picked this one and the unfortunate thing is that we purchased all the other matching appliances. My wife is a social media influencer and we featured the look of our updated kitchen but I wouldn’t feature these appliances so far because I wouldn’t want to recommend this dishwasher.

Immediate Electrical Problem after Install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product and shopping experience great. However within a week after install I had to have a 3rd party service company come out and diagnose and replace an electrical panel part that controlled the latch.

Runs quietly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the dishwasher, it is quiet and cleans dishes well. I am not as happy with how the silverware is not always clean. I used to have a silverware basket with individual slots and wish I had gotten another one with that feature.

Nice looks, won’t dry

I love the look and load capacity, but dish never dry completely. There’s no heated dry only option; therefore, I cannot just set it to dry a little longer. Kind of disappointed in this product and wish I would have checked these reviews before purchasing.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We never like to see an owner dissatisfied. Have you tried using the Hi-Temp Wash option? During the hi-temp wash option, the dishwasher heats water in the main wash to approximately 140F (60C) and increases the temperature higher in the final rinse. The increased water temperature helps the dishwasher detergent removes food grease and soil from dishes more effectively and aids in drying. For optimum drying performance, using a rinse aid has proven to be helpful.

Stylish and Cleans Thoroughly

I replaced it with the updated version in black stainless steel. This one is quieter; it has more innovative cleaning mechanisms; And it's cleaning power is above what I was ever expecting. I don't have to worry about those annoying fingerprints either! I love
