[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this item at the end of June and it was installed July 8th. So far I love it. It's quiet as it runs and cleans all of the dishes. The only thing I don't like is the cleaned indicator. I wish that was on the front as it is not visible before opening the dishwasher.

Love our new dishwasher

Now our dishwasher works perfectly! It’s super quiet and easy to use! Customer service was wonderful to deal with as well! Thank you!

A load takes a good 2+ hours to run
Sometimes the dishes feel a little slimy and I’m using good product that’s fresh. Also more moisture stays in the machine after wash and dry cycle wish the dishes were dry when I took them out

Issues to learn about

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we first started to use the machine, we had trouble getting it to start and the dishes coming out wet. I had to read the direction manual a few times in order to figure out how to overcome these issues. In order to start, the hot faucet water needs to be turned on and left running until the water is very hot - what a waste of water. And you have to close the machine very gently after pushing the Normal and Start control. Using the Rinse Aid
helped with getting the dishes to come out dry.
