Not a good value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine doesn’t have a drain or heated drying option. I frequently have standing water in the bottom and the reason is undetermined.

Thank you for your review. This is the type of feedback that our product team uses to directly influence product development. I researched the concerns you have with the dishwasher and have some tips that may assist:
-If you press and hold the Start button for 3 seconds, it cancels the cycle and starts a 90 second drain.
-The dishwasher has a heated dry built in and provides the option of the Air Dry to be selected, if heated dry is not desired. Rinse aid should be used as well to enhance the drying performance.

Keeps breaking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher and after one wash the door broke and would not start again. Had it replaced with the same dishwasher and the same thing happened. Returned and different brand purchased.

Does great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great dishwasher. Black stainless steal is beautiful! Takes a little long but works great. Also, isn’t super thorough in drying. And once it’s started it won’t stop. But other than that super quiet!

Not happy with the fact my dishes doesn’t dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this dishwasher since December 2019, I don’t use it that often, I’m more of a hand washer person, but I tried to run it once a week so it doesn’t smell with time, I’m really disappointed with the air dry feature of this dishwasher, it doesn’t dry the dishes completely, they always come out completely wet, you cannot use the air dry with all the cycles, which doesn’t make sense, and for some reason the machine is always smelly, even after a run a cycle, I used to have one of the old ones, that you had to twist the button to work, and that one works 100% better than this version.

Thanks for bringing your concerns to our attention. Here are some tips to address your concerns. Using the air-dry option deactivates the heater and therefore items will not be completely dry. Are you using a rinse aid? The use of a rinse aid provides optimum drying performance. I recommend using the High Temp Wash option on the model. During the hi-temp wash option, the dishwasher heats water in the main wash to approximately 140F (60C) and increases the temperature higher in the final rinse. The increased water temperature helps the dishwasher detergent removes food grease and soil from dishes more effectively and aids in drying. Regarding the unit having an odor, we recommend cleaning the unit every 3 months by running an empty cycle with the power plus or heavy cycle and sanitize option or by pouring one cup of white vinegar directly onto the tub and running an empty cycle (DO NOT add detergent).
