Horrible Product and Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher about a month ago and still have not been able to use it. The water is not entering the actual dishwasher. I spent over two hours on the phone trying to get in touch with Frigidaire to enter my claim. Once I finally got in touch with them they sent a repair company. They came out and said it was mont likely the motor. They contacted Frigidaire and were told to try replacing the valve (least expensive item) first. After waiting 2 weeks . . . The tech came back out to replace the valve (which he was against) it still does not work. Now I have to wait another two weeks for the next part to come in and hope that works. Needless to say, I will never guy Frigidaire products again.

Just wish it had a visible timer so you could see how long it had until it was finished, and so you could see when it was done and clean. Display panel is top facing and tucked under the counter-top by design for a flush mount.
