Another issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the 1st unit in April and after 1 wash cycle it quit. I did leave a review for that. It took 2 weeks to get a new dishwasher. So now I have had the replacement unit for right at 1 month and now the door will not shut. Another call into customer care to seek resolution. Not happy with this model at all.

Finally get to use it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this over 3 weeks ago. Had it installed and the door wouldn't close after I opened it. Had a repair man out. Latch had to be ordered. Latch was delivered broke...so they had to reorder. I just had it replaced yesterday. Hoping it works from this point on. Also, the dishwasher doesn't fit exactly under my cabinet. Going to have to find some kind of filler that our previous dishwasher didnt need.

Would not purchase again

We bought this dishwasher a couple of months ago to replace our basic Whilpool dishwasher. I was expecting the same type of dishwasher, the way the prongs are on the bottom(the middle of the rack, the tongs are to short) rack, it is impossible to load pots and pans. The top rack is useless for today's tall wine glasses, they have to be put on the bottom shelf, where they fall over. Then the silverware basket, doesn't even seem to fit correctly in rack. I can't tell if it should go toward the front or back of the bottom rack. Don;t think the use and care guide is any help at all, I have looked at it. I have 3 boys and a husband, and w/this dishwasher I am having to run it twice a day to keep clean dishes/pots, unlike my previous dishwasher which I ran once a day. It is my fault that I just assumed all dishwasher racks would have tongs that were tall. I also assumed all dishwasher top racks adjusted, at least for this quality dishwasher. I am looking to replace my bottom rack w/something usefull.

Washes well but STINKS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washes well and is quiet. Only issue is that it STINKS - like a dead body in between loads! Had a technician look at it and it is working properly, he said it's the plastic interior or my water or a combination of the two (although my old washer didn't stink so I'm leaning towards the plastic). His recommendation was to make sure I run a self-cleaning cycle every month. Self-cleaning has helped, now it smells like 3-day old garbage instead of a dead body.
