Great features very quiet

I already had a Frigidaire refrigerator so I purchased A new dishwasher and built in microwave so all appliances would match. I am very happy with all the Frigidaire products. The dishwasher is the quietest one I have ever owned. Kudos to Frigidaire thank you for great products.

Pick a different dishwasher!

work. Second was installed professionally and still didn't work.We had the service team come out and fix the second model a day after purchasing. It works now..and is very quiet which is a plus..but, what a hassle!!!

Very Dissatisfied

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher going on three months ago. After it was delivered, i found that the top rack was broken. After speaking to the retailer and the manufacturer, the wrong parts were delivered twice. After a month, they delivered a whole new top wrack. When I was finally able to ise the dishwasher, it made a loud banging noise, did not wash the dishes and was leaking water all over my floor. I again contacted the retailer, which took about 4 hours to speak to someone, who told me I needed to contact the manufacturer. They had to set up arrangements for a third party company to come to my home ad assess the problem. The repair man informed me that the dishwasher had clearly been dropped. He showed me that the whole inside frame was bent and the motor was dead. He advised me, again, to contact the retailer to request a new diswasher. The retailer, of course, told me to contact the manufacturer. After two weeks, it was determined that they would replace the dishwasher. I was informed that a third party delivery company would be contacting me about delivery areangements. I still have not heard ANYTHING!

Not even 3 months in and it doesn't work

Stopped mid cycle one day and couldn't start up again. I checked all the obvious things but couldn't find the issue. Contacted service to set up for a tech to come out. Find out this machine has a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) for some things. Tech came back out to install parts. As soon as he left it didn't correct the problem. I ran out of the house to get him back in to diagnose it further. Door latch wiring is bad. Now waiting for a new door latch and master harness. I am not to confident on the longevity of this machine. Also, I haven't been able to use this new dishwasher for almost a month now. It does get one star because when it actually does work, it cleans pretty decent. I just didn't expect to have issues so early on after purchasing.
