Broken after 6 months

This dishwasher came brand new with our house 6 months ago. Now it doesn't work. The lights on the top just flash and the other buttons don't do anything. I read online that the door latch mechanism for this model is poor, so I replaced it. That wasn't the issue. Still broken.

The control will flash “Cycles”, “Option” and “Washing” lights when Start/Cancel is pressed. Close door, flashing will stop, and the wash cycle should start. However, if the dishwasher has drained and the status lights flash, you likely have a shorted keypad. Turning off the power for 5 min may clear this code. If code continues to display, service should be scheduled. Contact us directly so we can schedule service if needed. You can reach us via Live Chat at Frigidaire.com or by phone at 1 (800) 374-4432.
