Better drying needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased closed to a month ago. While I love the super quiet washing, my dishes are not dry at the end of cycle. Stuff still comes out wet. Steam dry cycle would be better but not an option.

Hello, HappeeMummee4! Thank you for your feedback! We sincerely apologize for your experience with your dishwasher. . In regards to the dishwasher not drying the dishes, make sure that air dry is not being selected, this will result in wet dishes. For optimum drying performance, using a rinse aid has proven to be helpful. Also try using the Hi-Temp Wash option on the model. During the hi-temp wash option, the dishwasher heats water in the main wash to approximately 140F (60C) and increases the temperature higher in the final rinse. The increased water temperature helps the dishwasher detergent removes food grease and soil from dishes more effectively and aids in drying. Hopefully, this helps. Noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher came as part of my brand new home. It washes efficiently, doesn't dry well and is noisy. It retains odors as well. It will definitely be the first appliance to get replaced

Thank you for sharing your experience. If you are having trouble getting dry dishes, please ensure they are stacked with enough space and your rinse aid dispenser is full! Additionally, to prevent odors in your dishwasher please remember to clean out the glass trap at the bottom of any food debris. You can also clean the tub and inner components by running an empty cycle with a cup of vinegar poured in. Cleans well but controls are not great.

Never Dries!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Frigidaire Dishwasher came with my new home. I like everything about it except that it never dries. I don't understand the run the hot water in your sink until its hot, then run the dishwasher cycle concept. Previous dishwashers that I have owned, would completely dry the dishes and would have a "very hot" sanitize cycle. I would like a better Frigidaire than this model.

We recommend making sure that the house water is coming in at 120 degrees, the “Heat Dry” option is selected, and you’re using the correct amount of rinse aid. Also know that plastic items like Tupperware or plastic plates are more porous and will take longer to dry and may still be wet after the drying cycle.

Worst I’ve owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Normal features that Whirlpool and GE have on their bottom of the line dishwashers are non existent on The Frigidaire dishwasher. Ex. Quiet wash, getting dishes dry without having to use High temp AND Sanirinse AND Rinse Aid. (And even then not as dry)
The Frigidaire door doesn’t allow you to almost close the door. It only closes entirely which causes odors from the wet inside. It is the worst dishwasher I have ever owned. Wishing for a Whirpool bottom of the line dishwasher in my high end house.

Worked once after that, never worked again

Bought this machine brand new. Followed instructions to the T. Worked one time then never again. Very disappointed.

Once you select start on the control panel you have approximately 4 seconds to shut the door and then the dishwasher will start. If the door is left open, you will have to push start again.
