Worst dishwasher ever !

We had this dishwasher for almost 3 months now and it's by far the worst dishwasher we ever owned!! It doesn't clean the dishes very well, always leaving some residual junk on them, and it doesn't dry them well either! Terrible purchase.

Do not recommend

Never worked from day 1 tub was cracked all the way across the tub. They refuse to warranty.

When our technicians determine that a repair cannot be made, they are meant to contact our Technical Assistance team while on site to discuss recommended repair options or make a non-repairable report. We were also awaiting photos of the crack to confirm the diagnosis. We understand that the replacement process can be inconvenient, and do our utmost to ensure it goes smoothly. The replacement review had not yet been completed when you informed us you had purchased another dishwasher. We apologize that we were unable to complete the resolution in a preferred timeframe! We hope to have the opportunity to assist you in the future.

Horrible!

interior tub stays wet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a little disappointed that even with the hi-temp wash and a drying agent (jetdry), the interior tub and all of my dishes are still wet when I open the dishwasher after a cycle.

Quiet but doesn’t fully dry dishes

Won’t dry out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the appearance of the dishwasher but despite using the drying feature the tub is still wet all over after the cycle is complete. I’m fearful that this will cause a smell over time.

There is a noticeable change in sound when the wash action switches between the lower and middle spray arm. This is normal being that each spray arm has its own sound. You are able to view any normal operational sounds in the Use and Care Guide.
