Doesn't Dry Dishes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for about a month. We bought the same brand as our previous model so installation would be easy. Unfortunately, I wish we would have gone with a different brand. There is a musty smell that I can't get rid of. My dishes also always come out wet. I didn't have these issues with my old model.

Thank you for providing this quick feedback. We can recommend cleaning your dishwasher by pouring one cup of white vinegar directly into the tub and run an empty cycle. (DO NOT add detergent) This should eliminate any odors you are encountering. Also, add a rinse aid to assist with the drying performance.

Wonderful Dishwasher

Quiet and efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our dishwasher...but... if you have solid surface stone countertops, installing a dishwasher after the countertops may not be a good option. We also bought the special mounting brackets, which have now come off 6 times. The heat from the dishwasher melts the glue/ adhesive every time, so until we can find a glue/ adhesive that holds up to the steam, ours is operating at good at best.

All you wish for, except for cycle indicator/timer

Great unit. Visually attractive. Quiet operation. Clean dishes much better than my previous unit. I only wish it had a display indicating the time remaining to complete the wash cycle.
