[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This diswasher was purchased to replace an older Frigidare model that lasted well beyond its expected life. I was worried about instalation but it installed without any issues, is easy to use, quieter than the old one and better yet more energy efficient. I can feel confident again that my dishes are not just clean but sanitized during this troublesome time we are in.

Warranty work!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this the end of January. It worked wonderfully at first until I couldn’t get the door shut. Called warranty people and they sent a repairman out. The outer tub was warped. It’s all replaced and working well again! I like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this unit for a few weeks now and overall we are happy with it. We love the look however keep in mind that any scratch is a permanent visible damage. It is basically a stainless steel unit cover in some type of foil to make it look the way it does. Upon removing the plastic we ended up with a scratch that is now silver scratch on the black surface and it is very annoying knowing this could be so easily done in the future as well. It just ruins the whole look of this otherwise beautiful finish. I wish the surface withstands at least minor scratches without showing. We intended to change all of our appliances with the same finish and now we are very hesitant because it shows scratches so easily. I can only imagine how a fridge would look in a few months. That being said the unit washes dishes very well. There are two things we dislike about it. First the shortest cycle is still very long (about 2 hours). We find it ridiculous. Our older unit we replaced had the normal wash for 45 min. and was doing just as good of a job. The other thing we dislike is the very tricky start button. You press on it and every other time it doesn't really work, you have to open and press again sometimes multiple times. Very annoying! This is something that should be fixed in the future models.

Don't even have to rinse!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried them all. Been through about 4 dishwashers in 5 years this one is hands down the best. Noise is super low, powerful clean and dishes come out dry. Overall a familys dream dishwasher.
