Wet dishes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mine seems to wash great but 2 issues....it has an odor that I hope will wash away as I use it and it isn't getting everything dry. I have to dry things off as I put them away.

Hello, 5678! Thank you for your review. We sincerely apologize for your experience with your dishwasher. Rest assured, we make every effort to manufacture quality products and your concerns have not gone unnoticed. There will be a “new” smell when first installed. This is normal. If the dishwasher has been previously running, check to see if it is draining properly, food stuck in the sump of the dishwasher can cause an odor in the dishwasher. Soiled dishes left in dishwasher too long can also create an odor. Use rinse only cycle to get rid of any excess food debris. Regarding the dishwasher not drying the dishes, make sure that air dry is not being selected, this will result in wet dishes. For optimum drying performance, using a rinse aid has proven to be helpful. Also try using the Hi-Temp Wash option on the model. During the hi-temp wash option, the dishwasher heats water in the main wash to approximately 140F (60C) and increases the temperature higher in the final rinse. The increased water temperature helps the dishwasher detergent removes food grease and soil from dishes more effectively and aids in drying. Hopefully, this information is useful to you. gets the job done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking for a budget-friendly stainless steel dishwasher and this is great! We decided to install it ourselves (eek!) so we didn't spend an extra couple hundred on an installer. Surprisingly, the electrical portion was the easiest. After a false start (had water leaking because we didn't tighten the incoming water tube), we fixed the issue and it's been great every since!

Came with new house

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I am happy with the dishwasher. It was part of my appliance package, so I did not expect to get all the bells and whistles. If it is installed correctly, you will have good luck with it. The stemmed wine glass feature only allows for shorter glasses, and the rack isn't adjustable, so I am not able to use that feature.

Loud, dishes consistently come out wet

I have had many dishwashers over the years, my builder installed this one in my new home. It is much louder than my last 3 washers, and no matter what I do dishes don't dry well at all. In fact unless you completely scrub dishes ahead of time chances are they will need to be rewashed.
I will be ripping this unit out and finding a better unit. I expected much better from an Electrolux brand.
Don't bother pointing me to page 13 (Drying Tips) this unit is sub par.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with the dishwasher, good price point for the features, does the job (cleans the dishes.) Not sure what else you would need, has all the wash cycles, plenty of space, and has a delayed start function which is nice.
