Cleans great. . but. . .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this about a month. I had to call a repair person the first time to use it because the door would not latch. I discovered it wouldn't latch because when I screwed in the top anchors to the counter, it pulls the plastic tub ever so slightly out of alignment. So now every time I use it I have to press down on the center of the tub to get it to latch. Also, it took a minute to figure out how to start a cycle. You have to press the buttons BEFORE you close the door and if you don't close the door quick enough then you will have to start over. The good news is that it does a good job of cleaning and I got a good price for it, so the other issues are annoyances for now.

Adequate, but not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came with the house we purchased and it's features are a little lacking considering the price of the home. One item that is disappointing is that the top rack for glasses is not adjustable to accommodate different sizes glasses. and there is only a bottom washer arm.

The upper rack is designed for flexibility in loading a wide variety of items, including standard size cups, glasses, stemware, small plates, bowls, etc. The height clearance on the upper rack is 8”, for standard glasses and the lower rack height clearance is 11”-13”. You may be able to fit taller items on the lower rack, depending on the height.
In researching, we were able to see that this model comes with a center spray arm and lower spray. However, we understand that you are advising you only have one.
