Consider other models, poor performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model was installed by the builder of my new home. I would not recommend this model: it does not drain properly, the door does not easily open at times, and it does not provide a consistently “clean” wash. Overall, it seems pretty cheap and lacks the functionality and performance of other brands/models within this price point.

If the dishwasher has been previously running, check to see if it is draining properly, food stuck in the sump of the dishwasher can cause an odor in the dishwasher and restrict water from draining properly. To properly open the door, please make sure that you are pressing the latch completely and pulling the door down to open. For optimum performance, try using the Hi-Temp Wash option on the model. During the hi-temp wash option, the dishwasher heats water in the main wash to approximately 140F (60C) and increases the temperature higher in the final rinse. The increased water temperature helps the dishwasher detergent removes food grease and soil from dishes more effectively and aids in drying. Hopefully, this helps. Not so great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We already had to file a claim on this due to the latch not closing and the dishwasher stopped working. It appears that the top is warped. We were very disappointed.

Cleans great and quietly

Recently bought this as my first dishwasher ever, After the remodel of my house we finally installed it and it will not run because it will not latch as it looks like the plastic piece is in the way. I’m so disappointed
