Great looking and functioning...akward sounding

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased about a month ago and love it. Took awhile to get used to the energy efficient motor noise but it cleans and performs amazingly. Tye black stainless looke awesone and really accents our kitchen now.

GOOD, NOT GREAT & VERY SMALL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher does exactly what it's supposed to do - wash dishes - but it's very small. It's hard to fit all of the dishes for our family of 5 in there after dinner. Also, there is nowhere to place small objects (children's medicine cups or paint brushes) without them falling to the bottom and getting "chewed" up. Also, if i don't rinse the dishes thoroughly, i find the food in the bottom of the dishwasher after a cycle. Unless I was looking for a small, inexpensive dishwasher, I would not purchase this one.

Food too large for the filter in the bottom should be removed from the dishes prior to washing. We do recommend the continued use of a rinse aid. Also, please confirm that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to assure proper water temperature inside the dishwasher.

Disappointed

Hello, Bro8971! Thank you for your feedback! We sincerely apologize for your experience with your appliance. In regards to the dishwasher not drying the dishes, make sure that air dry is not being selected, this will result in wet dishes. For optimum drying performance, using a rinse aid has proven to be helpful. Also try using the Hi-Temp Wash option on the model. During the hi-temp wash option, the dishwasher heats water in the main wash to approximately 140F (60C) and increases the temperature higher in the final rinse. The increased water temperature helps the dishwasher detergent removes food grease and soil from dishes more effectively and aids in drying. Hopefully, this helps. Why wont it ever dry dishes?

Why will the disherwasher not dry my dishes? This is over 24 hours since running the dishwasher- this is without the air dry option selected and thisnis with using a drying aid. What am a missing?
