Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and have loved it! The top rack is set at the perfect height, I can fit my tall cups in with no problem. Very roomy, dries dishes and cleans dishes very well ( which is a definite plus, since that’s why I replaced my old one!)

Quiet Dishwasher

Dishwasher cleans ok, but has a terrible odor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher was purchased by our builder, but has a terrible odor if you don't run it daily. We have made sure all the drains are clear, but the odor persists. We have contacted Fridgedair, but nobody has gotten in touch with us. Very disappointed.

We recommend if you're leaving soiled dishes in the dishwasher, to leave the door slightly open. You may also find that by doing a monthly maintenance using a cup of vinegar on a hot empty wash may also prevent any other odors.

Does not dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have done lots of research into making this dishwasher dry better. I use heated dry, and rinse aid and make sure not to nest dishes. The dishes still come out soaking wet. If you buy this dishwasher, be sure to stock up on dish towels so you can help do its job. Will be looking into return options soon since it was included with our house build. Hopefully we can return it. If not, it’s going to the curb where the sun can finally dry it out.

Have you measured the temperature from your faucet? Your household water temperature along with the water pressure plays a vital role in your appliance’s performance. The recommended temperature should be 120°F (49°C), and the water pressure should be 20 to 120 pounds per square (psi).

Nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Builder installed it for us back in late September of this year. I am not a fan because it's loud because of the plastic inside, it will not dry out unless I keep the door all the way open, otherwise it stinks, I've tried several different ways to clean the dishes & several different cleaning detergents... liquid & tabs... the only thing I like is it looks nice from the outside.

Thank you toaks, for reaching out to us regarding your dishwasher not drying your dishes. We recommend making sure that the house water is coming in at 120 degrees, the “Heat Dry” option is selected, and you’re using the correct amount of rinse aid.
Also know that plastic items like Tupperware or plastic plates are more porous and will take longer to dry and may still be wet after the drying cycle.
