Wet doesn’t dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brought this dishwasher a month ago. Very disappointed as the dishes do night dry. The machine and dishes are left wet. Needed to discard a few dishes because of mold.

Thank you Jaydeedubz, for reaching out to us regarding your dishwasher not drying your dishes. We recommend making sure that the house water is coming in at 120 degrees, the “Heat Dry” option is selected, and you’re using the correct amount of rinse aid.
Also know that plastic items like Tupperware or plastic plates are more porous and will take longer to dry and may still be wet after the drying cycle.

Decent Washer

Great dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my new dishwasher. It is quiet and the dishes come out dry and ready to put away, and that the controls are on the top of the door. The only negative I have is that it does not come with side installation brackets

Wet dishes

We do recommend the continued use of a rinse aid. Also, please confirm that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to assure proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Lastly, run the faucet closest to the dishwasher prior to starting the dishwasher to purge cold water from the hot water line. Worked great until....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher 4 months ago and were in love with it until one day there were 3 flashing lights on our control panel. After calling the company we bought it from, they sent out a repairman and he said he had to order a new motherboard. Still waiting for it to be fixed... can’t wait for it to finally work again, because we loved it before it just stopped working!
