Looks great but performance is disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the way my new dishwasher looks, the finish is fantastic. It is extremely quiet and is tall enough for any size plate or glass and even for my cookie sheets. I'm disappointed in how well it cleans the dishes; it seems to leave a fine residue on the outside of my glasses. Also, if used in the air dry mode, everything is still dripping and the dishwasher never dries out inside. I'm hoping I'll be able to improve the performance as I continue to try different settings, soaps, and loading.

Also, try checking the following things in your home that may improve your dishwasher’s cleaning power.
Have you checked for any kinks or clogs within your drain hose? If your drain line is attached to a disposer, ensure that the knockout plug has been removed.
Did you know? When the AIR DRY mode is selected the heater will be de-activated during the drying phase of the selected wash cycle. This will slightly lower the energy use-it will increase the likelihood that your dishware will not dry completely.

Awesome machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we have gone through several dishwashers over the years. this one so far has been Greet. a little more noisy than our previous but an extra insulating blanket solved that. it is very water efficient, the auto dry does not melt our plastics. so far we are very pleased

Works well most of the time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well most of the time, but we've had to run it several times for the same load of dishes on more than one occassion. It also seems to not always open the door with the detergent in it, which means having to run it again as well. Definitely not the best dishwasher we've owned.

Nothing fancy

Doesn’t Clean

Please ensure that the glass trap and filter at the bottom of the tub are cleaned regularly and that your dishes are evenly arranged to allow water to flow between items without blocking the movement of the spray arms.
