[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am extremely happy with the product. It cleans my dishes very well the first time. In the past with other dishwashers I've had to re-wash the dishes but not with this one.

Also, please check the following things in your household.
Any kinks or clogs within your drain hose? If your drain line is attached to a disposer, ensure that the knockout plug has been removed.
Have you checked your water temperature? Please review page 10 of your dishwasher’s “Use & Care” guide on how to check your household’s water temp and other helpful tips.
