simple to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hoping this unit will last longer than its counterpart did. That unit lasted a mere 6 years, almost identical unit. Less features (which we wanted) Overall seems to be working fine.

Quick and efficient

Quiet &basic

The price really was my determining factor as I don’t know how many years it will be until we are ready to renovate the entire kitchen so I didn’t want to spend a lot. I am happy with how quiet it is and it cleans the dishes well. The control panel is hard to see when it is closed. And my husband didn’t realize that I had already run the dishwasher and ran it a second time.

Doesn’t steam dry the dishes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher in July and have used it several times, and while it does a perfect job cleaning, the air dry feature doesn’t dry. The dishes are always wet, even if they sit for a day or more. I little disappointed to spend this much money and still need to dry the dishes. It’s al oat easier it hand wash.

Thank you for your feedback. When air dry is selected the heater will be de-activated during the drying phase of the selected wash cycle. This will increase the likelihood that the dishware will not dry completely. For a better experience during the dry time, please select a heated cycle for your dishes. Should you need additional assistance, please call our Customer Care Team at 1-800-374-4432 Mon-Fri, 8:30 am - 8 pm EST.
