I am bummed out to hear you are having some hiccups with your dishwasher’s control panel.
Did you know? Your dishwasher’s control panel is a capacitive touch panel...similar to your smartphone or tablet. The control panel uses the conductive touch of a human finger. Input to resistive touch panels works through pressure resulting in two conductive layers being pressed together, so if your fingers are wet or sticky this may make the controls a bit difficult.

Gets dishes clean the 1st time!

After using it for a month I can say that it works great and gets dishes clean the 1st time. No need to re-run the dishwasher.
