[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We thought something was wrong with our new dishwasher but found our water pressure was too low. We never thought about the low water pressure causing the dishwasher to not work properly. We called our plumber to adjust the pressure valve on our water system and now it works great!! We love it!

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came with the new home we bought. Have been using it for 2 months now. It is easy to load, able to put larger, odd shaped dishes in. Control panel is easy to understand and use. Gets everything clean. So far so good.

Awesome value for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this dishwasher for about two months now. This is not the first new dishwasher we have purchased but so far it is our favorite. The appearance is sleek and clean. The functionality far exceeds my initial expectations. My dishes come out completely clean without rinsing prior to placing them in the dishwasher. The drying feature works extremely well. I was worried that this would not be high quality due to the low price but I think it was one of the best choices we have made for an appliance.

Quiet and cleans well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher cleans well and does not leave any spots. It is also very quiet. However, it does not dry the dishes very well. Drying is better when using hi-temp wash cycle.

Not living completely up to expectations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We built a new house and this was the model the builder provided. From what we had in our last place, this is much of an upgrade, as the other was 10 years old. However, biggest issue is that many time we have run the wash and the soap has not dispensed, causing us to run it again if not twice to get the funky smell out of the dishes and get them clean.

Have you checked your drain hose for any kinks or clogs?
Try checking for a pinched/blocked drain hose along with cleaning your filters. If your drain line is attached to a disposer, ensure that the knockout plug has been removed.
