Wash cycle takes soooo long

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple weeks ago and am not thrilled with it, The wash cycle took over an hour and then when it went through the dry cycle, it didn't even half dry the dishes. I normally love the Frigidaire brand but think I got a bad one this time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We certainly understand your concern with have a long wash cycle and dishes not drying. Keep in mind the cycle time can depend on the options chosen. Some tips that may help resolve your drying matter, is to ensure that the air dry is not selected. You also want to ensure that the incoming water is at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit and that you are using rinse aid. Using rinse aid and making sure the water temperature is correct, can assist in correcting any drying concerns you may have.

Called customer service and she explained exactly what to do. She was very pleasant and helpful. Now it works perfectly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It cleans great the only issue that I have is that the dishes do not dry well at all and have to be hand dried. I tried adding a rinse aid for drying and it didn't seem to fix the problem.
