[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While this dishwasher does a good job cleaning the dishes and it is quiet, it does not adequately dry the dish load. I have it set for heat dry but still dishes are damp and inside walls are wet. Haven't figured it out!

The racks are not designed to keep things from being jostled around during the wash.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Some tips that can alleviate your drying matter is to ensure that the incoming water is 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Ensuring that the incoming water is correct, dishes are loaded properly and using rinse aid, can assist with your dishes drying properly. The tips above can aid in the drying of your dishwasher.
Also, some plastics may need to be towel dried, being that plastics do not get as hot as metal or glass, so more water collects.
