[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had my dishwasher about 3 months now. It works ok except sometimes when the cycle is done, some of the dishes are still wet. Usually it is the plates on the bottom.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello, Diane26! Thank you for your feedback! We sincerely apologize for your experience with your 24'' Built-In Dishwasher. For drying purposes, make sure that air dry is not being selected, this will result in wet dishes. For optimum drying performance, using a rinse aid has proven to be helpful. Also, try using the High option on the model. This helps the dishwasher detergent remove food grease and soil from dishes more effectively and aids in drying performance by adding additional rinse aid and increasing the water temperature. Great dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s perfect for a small to midsize kitchen. We have recently added this to our kitchen. We didn’t have a dishwasher before so we may be a little biased but it’s worked great so far and fits a small families dishes and glassware and needs to be run every couple days.

Cleans well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher works well with the exception of the moisture that remains after the cycle. Must leave the door open to dry the interior out after each use otherwise it will gradually start to smell.

Hi there. We understand you are having concerns with wet dishes after the cycle has completed. We do recommend the continued use of a rinse aid. Also, please confirm that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to assure proper water temperature inside the dishwasher.
