don't buy it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] less than 3 months after it was installed it went out at the end of September. Needed 3 weeks to get a tech, needed a new mother board, which turn out to be on B/O, but was told that only after waiting a month in November. Then continued to wait till mid February to finally get fix. All good right? Nope. Still having problem with it starting up and running correctly. Now I have to start over again with warranty, hope its not another motherboard.

Like a frigidaire!

We have frigidaire appliances - stove top burner, ovens, and fridge, and happy with all. So when it came time to replace our dishwasher we went with frigidaire as well. And we are incredibly pleased! It was easy to install, good value for money, and is bery quiet and cleans extremely well. We are very pleased so far, and expect nothing less than the same satisfaction we've had with our other appliances.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A little Disappointed

I purchased this about 1 month ago, did a lot of research before deciding. This dishwasher is plastic inside, everything stays really wet( entire inside of dishwasher & dishes) it is very pretty & quiet but also leaves a smell, probably because it's wet after each wash. I have to dry the dishes & the inside of the dishwasher after every use. And yes, I have added a drying agent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey there Disappointed in LA! I hate that you are not satisfied with your dishwasher. Some tips that can possibly resolve the matters you are having, is to make sure there are no soiled dishes left in the dishwasher. Leaving soiled dishes in the dishwasher too long can create an odor and the odor can be cleared up by using the rinse cycle. Also, ensuring that the incoming water is the correct temperature of 120 degrees Fahrenheit and using rinse aid, can possibly assist with your dishes drying properly. Came new in newly built house, it's rather loud and flimsy feeling. The buttons are awkward to push too. Not thrilled by any means.

Early leak

You may want to double check the way you are loading your dishes; avoid nesting items. Water can accumulate when the items are too close together. Cups, glasses, and bowls with a concave (recessed) bottom will collect water. Plastic items may need to be towel dried. This is because plastic does not retain heat, resulting in poor water evaporation from the item. This is common for all dishwashers. When the upper rack is pulled out first residual water left in the spray arm can drip down on the dishes. Pull out the lower rack first.
