Jambs all the time

I have 144 installed in my hotel. These units are 4 years old and work orders for the grinding wheels getting jamb is almost 25% of our calls. Trust me, getting the jam cleared isn't easy. There isn't a key slot like on other models. The jambs are so tight, that we have broken two the jamming tools.
Looking to replace all units.

Never worked correctly. Had plumber look at it never fixed it! Still waiting on replacement part!
