Stopped working just outside of warranty

The garbage disposal stopped working just outside of its warranty. I’ve tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions and nothing fixes it. Very disappointed in this and I’ll be purchasing a different brand in the future. This unit has been a huge waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Jambs all the time

I have 144 installed in my hotel. These units are 4 years old and work orders for the grinding wheels getting jamb is almost 25% of our calls. Trust me, getting the jam cleared isn't easy. There isn't a key slot like on other models. The jambs are so tight, that we have broken two the jamming tools.
