This is a nice and quiet (for a garbage disposal) unit. It's nice and compact so it does not take up a lot of space under the sink. Instructions was straight forward and easy to follow. Hopefully this one will last longer than 4 years!!

Punching the hole in the casing if you want to connect it to a dishwasher is an absolute nightmare. The plastic, where you need to punch the hole, is incredibly thick and hard.
However, once installed, the grinder itself is very good, absolutely no issues with it and it lasts for a very long time. The last one I had lasted me 10 years.

Quiet and inexpensive!

I had no problems installing. I’m not a plumber, yet I found the directions pretty clear. Maybe on the website there could be a link or tutorial for those that had experienced difficulties installing garage disposals.

Don't use it much. It works and use vinegar to take away any order which is not much. No key for a start only a reset to start. Have not had any problem yet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
