It came with the house. Its not powerful and its very loud. This product is not top quality.

1/3 hp motor, average performance I guess

Was already installed in a home I purchased: not impressed. 1/3 hp motor is much less robust than I'm used to.
It is also very loud and vibrated like a train going through the house.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
