Installed about 2 weeks ago. Works great and pretty to self-install. Only slight negative is it's a little louder than I thought it would be but I've quickly grown used to it. It is powerful.

GE Garbage Disposal replacement

Just replaced a GE garbage disposal that I purchased in 2006 with a new GFC1020V model. Very easy to install. Instructions were easy to follow and the new unit works like a jem. Quieter than the previous model but then, I never had a problem in 9 years with the previous model. Thanks GE !

Good overall product with good features

I bought this 4 months ago and is working well. Only improvement I would suggest is faster drainage, it sometime takes some time to pump accumulation of water out.
