This was the disposal that was installed when we built our home. It is a bit loud but dies the job it is supposed to do.

Outstanding disposal

Installed the disposal today. First time installing and the instruction was straight froward and easy to read. The wiring system was a breeze but the only issue I have is the nut used to hold the bottom electrical plate to the disposal.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this disposer from Lowes, who delivered it to our door. This was easy to install with the instructions GE provided, although it did not have the correct outlet pipe for my double sink. The disposer is quiet yet powerful - Great Appliance!

This is a fine disposal, more than adequate SINCE NONE OF US SHOULD BE GRINDING UP LARGE QUANTITIES OF ANYTHING! To protect the environment, we should only grind up scraps that go down the drain; larger amounts should be composted or put in the trash. So this small unit should meet all your needs. It is inexpensive, works for years, and will take care of all that anyone should put down it. It is easy to install with one caution: its predecessor model plugged into a regular socket; this one has to be hardwired. Other than that, installation is easy.
