We really love the no clog design which forcefully pumps water to prevent clogged pipes, and the 1/3 horsepower motor does an excellent job of grinding food fast.

This item is quite. It makes just the right sound to let you know it's chopping and when it's finished. I only rated it a 4 because I have not used it a lot, about 6 times within a month. But so far I have not had any problems.

Disposal worked, but it rusted after just a few years. I used it sparingly, then the hopper ate itself. I had to rate it a “1” or I could not leave a review.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
