A conversation stopper

This is a light duty disposal but I have light requirements. It is so loud all conversation has to stop when it operates. After a few years of very light use, it just stopped working. I have never had one give out with so little use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It replaced my previous GE that was nearly identical which was great. This has lasted less than 2 years, and we babied it the last 6 months to get it to last. Never did grind up very well. I obviously will be getting a different brand.

Rivets broke within 4 years

The rivets broke in 4 years of normal use. Very disappointed. I'm hoping we have a warranty for this.
