not as good as our old insinkerator brand

not as good quality as our ten year old replaced unit.. old unit was better at grinding and quieter finish was just worn out after 10 years

Works good...only problem is the rubber top food trap is so tight that it doesn't want to let the water into the waste area.

Kitchen had disposals in both the main and prep sinks, and the prep sink needed replacing. Not as heavily used, but is quiet and efficient in operation.

This product sprays ice chips all over my wood floors when I try to get cubed ice. Also, when the cubed ice dispenser is pushed both cubed and chipped ice come put. The service person said that this happens to all GE refrigerators regardless of model. My neighbor has the exact same mode as me and does not experience the same issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
