It's not very powerful

It clogs up all the time & I have to use a spoon to shove the food down there. I wish we would have spent a little more money & bought a bigger one.

This is our second disposal the first one we had was the exact same and lasted us 10 years with daily use so we did not hesitate to buy this disposal.

I feel the GE Disposal is a good product and very dependable. All my kitchen appliances are GE. This is a household standard in the appliance field. Loyal and true to name over the years. I can remember long ago my family using GE appliances.

I actually bought and installed this disposal all by myself. The installation instructions were very explicit and easy to follow. So far it has worked great without any problems :-)
