I purchased a GE disposer 20 years ago and finally needed to be replaced. I an extremely satisfied with the new disposer. The ease of installation was a plus.

We bought this to replace out old disposal that was leaking. This is so much quieter. We can run it when someone's sleeping its that quiet. It was really easy to install, so easy that we did it ourselves and had no problems.

Came with the house and this is NOT the product I would have chosen. I have had a different brand in the past that was much quieter and more efficient.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
