Too bulky and heavy

As first time parents. I fell inlove with the look but as time went on and couple months passed. This stroller became the hardest thing to travel with. It takes up too much space in a trunk , it's heavy and the worst part is the wheels of this stroller just don't go the way you want them to go , it doesn't turn properly, so you kind of have to go back and the forth with the wheels to make it turn. And it's just a mission to handle the stroller with a baby and everything else around you. For the price I wish I had bought something else , something easy to work with while dealing with your kid. And ofcourse something light weight

ClickConnect is Awesome, Stroller not so much!!

The car seat and the ClickConnect system are awesome. The stroller no so much, it is really bulky and a was a hard to use at Disneyland. The front wheel keeps getting stuck and doesn't want to turn in the direction I need it to. It always gets set in the locked position so I have to keep unlocking it, which was a hassle at Disneyland. As an avid runner it is giving me doubts as a jogging stroller, so I haven't used it for any of my runs.

Front wheel getting stuck is infuriating!

I was excited to have this stroller because I wanted to be able to continue running and because I wanted a stroller I could take a little “off road”. Overall it’s great except the front wheel issue. Anytime I make turns with the stroller, the front wheel becomes turned around and gets stuck. I have to bend down and manually turn the wheel back into place. This has been a HUGE safety concern! Not being able to quickly move the stroller, I feel, is a sigficant hazard and I’m surprised that there hasn’t been any injuries from this. I can’t believe there hadn’t been a recall on this! So disappointed since it cost so much money!

Very hard to maneuver!

Positives: Great that all the parts come together ( car seat, base, stroller)

Negatives: This stroller is extremely hard to maneuver. Definitely not safe for jogging. I don't know if mine is defective or not, but I HATE it. It is the most frustrating feeling when you are trying to turn the stroller and it doesn't move... EVER! The back wheels roll fine. Most of the time I am tilting the stroller on the back wheels just to turn it. I have this problem on various surfaces (ex: mall flooring, grass, concrete) and whether the front wheel is locked on not.

So-so

Seems to be the same complaint over and over again... I’ve had this stroller for 6 weeks and have maybe used it 15 times max. The front wheel keeps tugging to the right side making it difficult to walk with - barely even been outside on rough terrain! I love everything about this stroller but am very disappointed that it’s difficult to walk around a mall.. let alone outdoors.

Tires suck

Pretty bummed the tire went flat on my first use..air filled tires that couldn’t even handle a thorn. Luckily I was close to my house. But what if I wasn’t? Just expected the tires to be a little more durable. For how expensive it is you would think you would make the tires better quality.

Front wheel issue

I bought this stroller system for my first. I expected and wanted this stroller it to last for all my children ( it’s quite expensive!) I really like that I can clip the seat on so many ways. It was what sold me in the store. However not even 1 month in to using the stroller and the front wheel started to stick. Now after 3 months of use the front wheel is almost constantly sticking and I’m constantly pushing a stroller that isn’t gliding nicely or forcing the stroller (with considerable effort) to stay in a straight path.

Love it but....

I received this system as a gift for my baby shower ! I love the over all system but the front wheel of the stroller does get stuck and it’s hard to use. The car seat is great! My daughter loves it, just wish the stroller worked a little better. I’ve noticed it’s a problem many people have had.
