Disappointed- difficult to manuver

I spent so much time researching jogging strollers, reading countless reviews on each. I decided on the Modes Jogger Click Connect Travel System after trying it 3 times in store. I love the height since my husband and I are both tall. Unfortunately the front wheel keeps jamming so the stroller is not agile or easy to maneuver (which was the whole reason I wanted it!). We've tried fixing the lock/latch but nothing is working. I know that it shouldn't be this way as I've used a friends jogger stoller (different brand). This was an expensive purchase so I'm stuck with it but not happy with it. It's nearly impossible to use in a store or somewhere that you need to make turns that aren't for a wide space. The quality has not matched the price
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

wouldn't recommend this particular model

I really wanted a heavy duty stroller. This one is okay...the trouble is that the wheels break on me ALL THE TIME! I don't even off-road with it! We are only on concrete. I don't understand why the wheels are such poor quality for this expensive stroller. I expect more from Graco. It's also not the easiest to steer at times. I cannot for the life of me figure out from this website what part is missing in order for me to attach the tray to the stroller for my son, so we have been tray-less for a long time.

Not good for running!! Does not maneuver well.

After much research, 2 years ago, we decided on this stroller for our child that was on the way. It was a newer model and did not have many reviews but seemed to fit our need and price range. Our child was born in Feb 2018, so we have now been using this stroller for almost 2 years. We are very disappointed in it. I am an avid runner and realize now that you get what you pay for. This stroller is horrible for running! The front wheel sticks all of the time. Not locks, it actually sticks. I have to physically move it with my hand to turn around etc. Even trying to maneuver it into our house is a challenge b/c of the front wheel. The wheels do not stay inflated long either. It is heavy (Checked the stroller out in person prior to purchase so I knew that when buying it, and I don't mind that much but for someone who doesn't have a lot of upper strength, it would be a problem). The storage is fine and so is the cup holder/cell holder etc. Of course the quick connect is great, though sometimes it's a pain to get the car seat to click correctly. Also my child seems completely comfortable and the shocks seem fine on payment as well on trails just FYI. Bottom line. I would not buy this stroller again. I regret my purchase. I advise not to buy it, especially if you plan on running with it.

Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was our first car seat and stroller. When reading the reviews I was very nervous to buy it, but it was everything I waned in a stroller/car seat combo. I got it as a gift and the first one that came was broken. I simply filled out the form and e-‘mailed customer support. I shipped back my broken one and got a new one shipped to me free of cost. It also came fast! I love our product. It is so easy to maneuver and wash when needing it. I just convinced my soon to be momma sister to get it also!
I would recommend this to a friend!

We couldn’t help but be Graco loyal when it came time to our 3rd child. He was unexpected so we had to repurchase all items needed to have a baby - car seat, stroller, bases, high chairs, beds, etc. Our 2 other children (11 and 6, when baby was born) play sports, and we knew we needed a strong stroller. I decided I wanted a “jogging” style stroller (as if I may jog, maybe one day) but they appear to be able to handle tough terrains. After a lot of research, we chose this one. Nothing was hidden about its size, weight, folding ability, etc. I made the choice to buy it. After now having it for 3 years, I’ve not one complaint. It did what it says. I’ve also not had any issues with the locks on the wheels so I’m stating I’m certain they must have fixed this issue others were having years ago. It’s huge and sturdy. Husband is 5’7” and I am 5’3” and we both can push it easy without feet hitting wheels or the basket. Storage is on point. Basket fit a lot of items on vacation in a theme park. 4 cup holders (don’t use the two on the tray unless your baby is 3 and won’t throw a cup down). Canopy is superb. Biggest parts I love: the car seat and the toddler seat can be switched to face forward or backward. This helped with the sun and spot lights during morning and evening hours although the canopy does a great job. And, I love the leg rest that can extend up. This helped so many times when the baby fell asleep. We are still using it today, 3 years later and have never had a tire pop. We have had to fill them with air, but that’s it. The straps adjust great. Baby is now around 38 inches tall and about 38 pounds. It does NOT fold compact at all so I cannot fit it in my car trunk, but we have a big SUV where it fits fine. However, disassembling the stroller to fit compact is pretty easy I have to say. We can unsnap the wheels, the toddler seat, and fold the frame within 2 to 3 minutes and bam, it can fit in the trunk of my car. You just have to be willing to do this. We don’t do this for everyday travel, but we do it for vacation packing of the car. Solution to this if you don’t want to do this at all: get the Click Connect jogger with the one hand action fold (whatever it’s called). You don’t get the leg adjust, the extra seat moving options but overall, same stroller and it folds easier. Overall: no complaints. Baby at 3 loves it still. We love it still and it did exactly what it said it would do.

Front wheel problem

Got this stroller as a gift as it was my first option. I saw a couple reviews awhile ago about the tire and thought maybe the issue was fixed. Nope, that darn front tire gets stuck and its impossible to use. I guess I will be doing more research about which stroller I want.
