Front wheel gets stuck

It’s incredibly hard to steer because the front wheel lock gets stuck. My oldest (who is 10) used to love pushing the stroller but now hates it because it’s too hard to steer. It’s also very bulky if you have the seat attached. We often use it only putting the car seat on it because otherwise wouldn’t fit in the trunk of our Ford Flex.

Don't buy it!

I want to love this stroller considering what I paid for it but it is very heavy. The front wheel gets stuck. You have to push so hard just to get it to start moving and most of the time walk around the front and put the front wheel straight. I have been a loyal graco customer with all 3 of my kids. I am so upset that I will have to buy another stroller because this one is unusable after 13 months.

Hard to steer, very large.

Searching for the perfect stroller as a new mom was very overwhelming for me as you have so many options. I chose the graco modes click connect jogger because it seemed to fit all of my wants in a stroller/travel system. 10 months later, I try to avoid using this stroller at all costs. The front wheel always sticks and make it impossible to steer and get through tigh places. The stroller itself it huge and takes up my whole trunk and I have to disconnect the toddle seat from the base to even fit it in my trunk (I drive a 2016 jeep cherokee). I am very disappointed in this travel system and due to these reasons would not recommend it to a new mom.

Does NOT steer straight! too big and bulky

I've had nothing but issues with this stroller from day one! The front wheel goes into the lock position on its own which causes the stroller to steer to the right. I have to constantly unlock the from tire or just jerk the stroller until it goes strait. The stroller is also very large and bulky it will not fit into a regular sized car trunk. it will fit in an SUV trunk but it will be the only thing you fit in there. Very disappointing as this stroller is not cheap. I have contacted Graco to see what my options are. Hopefully they are able to help me or this will be the last Graco product i ever purchase.

Annoying

The stroller seems comfortable for baby but the front wheel is really annoying. It locks randomly and gets stuck sideways all the time. It is also a very bumpy ride considering it claims to be a "jogger". There is no shock absorption.

Overall OK Stroller

We got this stroller for our baby shower, we use the stroller a lot at least a few times a day. It is a great travel system and we have used that feature the most out of everything. Our son is getting close to 9 months old, and now the stroller back wheels are starting to shake when we go over small bumps in the sidewalk or when we take a corner too fast. This is concerning because it makes me nervous having the baby in the stroller. I have attempted to tighten the wheels but have not fixed the problem successfully. At this point we are considering purchasing another stroller.
I would recommend this stroller for someone who is just using it occasionally, but if you are traveling with the stroller and using it multiple times a day I would look further.

Great but maybe not long lasting?

First off we love Graco! everything we own is graco! We bought this combo set and didn't use the jogger as much because we were gifted a smaller graco to use temporarily. Now that our child is old enough to ride the stroller latch broke right off! I was shocked because we had only used this only a couple of times before we took a break from it. And only after a week of using it again the red latch snapped and the wheel is in lock position. We are very disappointed with this as we loved the stroller! Without the swivel action it is nearly impossible to move the stroller around. I hope we just got a dud and the rest are fine. Don't know if we will move on from graco or stay yet for baby 2.

Great features but Disappointing Functionality

We bought this when we found out we were expecting our first baby. We were really excited about the many different features that it offered. I do like how you can sit the carseat facing towards you or facing outward. I also like how easy it is to break down. My main disappointment with this stroller are the wheels, mainly the front wheel. It is very hard to manuever. It will not turn well at all and routinely gets stuck in the lock position. If we could figure out a way to fix this flaw it would be an amazing stroller system. For now though we are looking at other options for our next child unless this can be fixed.
