Great concept

I bought this because the seats are interchangeable and I don't have to carry a bulky product around when it is only me and my infant. I so far love the fact that it has real tires that you add air to for a more comfortable stroll. The breathable canopy on the toddler seat is a great feature when you have the infant seat attached to it.

Good jogger but very..VERY HEAVY
on October 3, 2016

I bought this after I gave birth to my baby because I hated my other travel system. I love the car seat but the stroller is just so heavy. I get it, the wheels are for jogging and all terrain but if I was short and had no upper body strength this stroller is absolutely not for me. Its a drag getting it out of the trunk of my car because of the weight, but it has an easy fold and great canopy. I'll probably enjoy this stroller later in life when my daughter can use the toddler seat so I don't have to haul the heavy car seat either.

Nice set

Purchased this for our first child after messing around with a few systems in store. Like the ability to use it as the child grows. Easy to assemble, easy to fold. Two things I'm not a huge fan of: weight of the stroller when folded, not bad for me but a little heavy for mom, and the car seat can be a bit of a pain to snap into the stroller when the child seat is in.
It's easy to maneuver with the rotating front wheel, works great for exercising! Would I buy it again? Most definitely!

Great WALKING Stroller
on July 12, 2017

We picked this stroller out because it had all the features we wanted. We loved it when our child was first born and we used it for daily walks! It's very easy to maneuver. Now that our baby is 6 months we have been trying to use it for jogs. When the wheel is locked the jogger constantly pulls. When it's unlocked and you hit a bump, the whole thing shakes. Jogging seems impossible either way. I really wanted to like this jogger but I'm just disappointed.

Annoying

This was the top item on my registry. I love all the features as far as positions of the seat & even the design of the little parent area w phone holder. The one problem I cannot get past is how hard it is to steer. The front wheel gets stuck and just drags, sometimes causing the stroller to shake and wake my sleeping newborn. If babies r us hadn’t closed, I would have returned the stroller.

Got the jogger system for us to use with our 3 mo granddaughter. After getting familiar with the various mechanicals of the system it was easy to use. The main reason we got this model with big wheels was not to jog behind it. We wanted a smooth ride for the baby over a wide variety of surfaces while keeping the shaking to a minimum and ease of pushing. So as expected the pneumatic tires did their job well and provided a very smooth ride that was easy for us to push. A comparison of a regular stroller and jogger would be pushing a shopping cart over the bricks as you exit the store and pushing a bike with air tires over the same. We chose this specific "jogger" model because of the multiple seating positions. There is a nice fairly large storage area down low for bulky items like jackets, blankets, clothes and diapers. A backpack will fit there. Up high there is a small storage area for our personal items like cell phone, tickets, camera, 2 drink holders, etc. It's all laid out real nice with high quality components. Up top you can completely cover the baby using the two canopy system with the car seat installed for inclement weather. It's just loaded with numerous useful features and we are real happy with it. Quality and size come with a bigger price tag, due to the better and larger construction but it is worth it if you want the smooth ride with easy pushing. Also it is bigger than a regular small wheel stroller system, so you need a larger trunk or a mini van if you transport the stroller. Buy it again? Yes

Bulky, Heavy, & Hard to Handle
on January 15, 2019

I originally received this as a shower gift and loved the idea of all the different positions, but I'm not sure if it's worth it. I'm not usually one for reviews, but I'm starting to get tired of it.
The stroller is bulky - I have a small SUV, and it takes up most of the trunk. It is also heavy (which doesn't bother much, but my mother has a hard time using it). Folding it so it doesn't fall over takes some practice - especially if you're trying to do it with one hand. Unfolding it is even more difficult - I don't recommend doing it with anything in your other hand just in case it goes rogue and you need to catch it (which I've had happen many times...then I feel awkward as everyone watches me fail at using my own stroller). The front wheel was also a problem, but we put some WD40 on it and haven't had any more issues with sticking(yay!). I also wish the visor came down farther like other joggers (such as the Baby Jogger) - even with it all the way extended my son gets sun in his eyes. My final straw with the stroller (and possibly Graco) was when we took it on the plane and the visor was bent - not Graco's fault. However, when I went to buy a replacement part, there was not one part available. This stroller is only a little over a year old AND they still sell it. Very disappointed with that.
Some pros of the stroller: I do like that I can face my son toward me if he's napping or if it's windy. There is a ton of storage which is a necessity for me - the basket is huge and I love the storage compartment on the parent console. It also has a nice smooth ride and my son always seems comfortable; it 'off-roads' pretty well too. We recently took it on the beach and it surprised me with the handling. Finally, the way it reclines is very nice - you can go to pretty much any position you like and it isn't difficult to do.

Front wheel gets stuck
on October 31, 2017
Posted by: Pamelalo
I have a couple issues with this stroller, first is the front wheel getting stuck all the time, it's really annoying, I would greatly appreciate it if Graco could give me a solution to this problem . Second issue is the carseat strap is very hard to loosen up, when trying to get the baby in and out of it it's just super uncomfortable. I like the stroller but these 2 things make it hard for me to love it 100% I use this stroller daily. It was a fairly expensive stroller and it's disappointing to be having these inconvenience. I'm 5'9 and the size and height is perfect for me,and I love how sturdy it is . Anywho, If anyone has a solution forvthe from wheel problem please share....
